The role involves performing minor repairs on both the interior and exterior of homes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer service to help homeowners recover from damage efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and restorations on residential properties affected by damage covered by insurance claims.
• Conduct repairs to both interior and exterior components, including drywall, painting, siding, flooring, carpentry, and minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Inspect damaged areas to assess the scope of work required and accurately report findings.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with clients, the project manager, and other team members to ensure project expectations and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with the project manager on materials, job progress, and necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential restoration, remodeling, or a related field, with a focus on insurance claim-related work preferred.
• Proven experience in minor repairs for home exteriors and interiors, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Knowledge of insurance claim restoration procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
