About the position
The Trading System Support associate will be responsible for providing support for trading systems within a leading market infrastructure provider in the financial services industry. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service abilities to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of trading systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for trading systems and resolve issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new features.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Trading System Support experience
- Knowledge of trading front end systems
- Coding experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
