About the position

The Traffic Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the logistics of Ace Fleet Drivers by assigning routes, maintaining reports, and serving as a point of contact for drivers and Ace retailers. This position emphasizes safety and productivity in the workplace, ensuring that all team members contribute to a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign routes for Ace Fleet Drivers
• Maintain daily/weekly reports
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers
• Perform various administrative duties, including managing Ace Retailer packing lists and BOLs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Customer service experience
• Excellent phone skills with a professional phone presence
• Strong writing ability
• Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to interact with customers and resolve issues quickly
• Ability to work in a warehouse/office environment
• Flexibility to work earlier or later to complete daily tasks
• Self-starter who is motivated and works well independently with little supervision

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AS400, WMS, and SAP preferred
