About the position

Our client, a retail company, is seeking a Traffic/Project Coordinator to join their team during the busy holiday season. This position is crucial for ensuring that various projects are managed effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess project management experience, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Reynoldsburg, OH, and it is a contract position expected to last until the end of January 2025. The compensation for this role is set at $23 per hour. As a Traffic/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple calendars and timelines to ensure smooth project completion. This includes scheduling cross-functional meetings for the campaign team and creating, capturing, and publishing clear agendas, recaps, and campaign decks as assigned. You will also track and document action items to ensure accurate deliverables are met. In addition to these responsibilities, you will refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance the speed and quality of delivery. This involves standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration. You will coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment. Regular participation in process meetings is expected, and you will collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects, and resolve any timing or workload concerns. Furthermore, you will support department leadership with special projects as required.

Responsibilities
