About the position

MyTicketDefense is seeking Attorneys to join their platform to assist drivers with Traffic Tickets on a supplemental freelance basis. This role offers flexibility in work involvement, allowing for remote or optional in-person work, primarily focusing on out-of-court tasks, with some in-court work available. The position is designed for attorneys looking to supplement their existing work with minimal time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with Traffic Tickets on a freelance basis.
• Provide legal advice and representation related to traffic violations.
• Communicate effectively and responsively with clients via email.
• Work either remotely or in-person, based on preference.
• Manage workload flexibly according to personal schedule.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney (Bar certification required).
• Some experience or familiarity with Traffic Tickets is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, particularly via email.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in criminal law or traffic law is a plus.
