Responsibilities

• Conduct business-to-business cold calling to meet potential clients.
• Educate clients on the benefits of supplemental insurance offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their insurance needs.
• Update reports, records, and bookkeeping systems to track sales progress.
• Tailor risk management strategies to meet individual customer needs.
• Stay informed about changes in insurance rules and policies.
• Implement marketing strategies to connect with potential clients.
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to present suitable insurance policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of professional work experience or relevant outside sales experience.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License.
• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
