Responsibilities

• Assemble a high-impact curriculum of eLearning modules and webinars.
• Interface with subject matter experts to develop training projects.
• Conduct research on course topics to ensure accuracy and learner focus.
• Develop interactive, learner-centered e-learning modules.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct course evaluations and analyze feedback for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a learning development/training environment.
• Excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to apply strong visual style elements to e-learning content.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and instructional design authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc).
