The Corporate Trainer, Sales at Freedom Mortgage is responsible for providing ongoing training and coaching to Call Center Loan Advisors. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous performance development within the Call Center, ensuring that the mission of Sales Development is effectively integrated into the team's initiatives. The trainer will assist in the onboarding and training of Loan Advisors, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of training experience and mortgage sales expertise, enabling them to effectively guide new hires through the complexities of the mortgage industry. In this position, the trainer will conduct comprehensive training sessions on Freedom Mortgage Corporation's systems, processes, and procedures, including sales scripts, compliance requirements, and customer service skills. They will manage Loan Advisors during their production training phase, focusing on the application of call scripts, sales techniques, and best practices to help them meet or exceed performance goals. The trainer will also lead call reviews and coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance the advisors' performance. Additionally, the trainer will analyze production reports that highlight key performance indicators, offering progress updates to sales leaders as Loan Advisors transition from training to active sales roles. A strong functional knowledge of all Call Center products and underwriting guidelines is essential for this role, as is the ability to assist in the development of training materials for coaching sessions and classroom presentations. The trainer will report directly to the Manager of Sales Development and collaborate with team members to execute the mission statement and various Call Center initiatives.
