Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Work as a team player to grow the membership base through marketing promotions and superior customer service.
• Perform outreach to prospective members via phone, text, email, and local events.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to increase sales and brand loyalty.
• Assist members with sauna and workout instructions, answering pre/post-workout questions.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Ring up customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receipts.
• Ensure consistent and exceptional studio appearance and customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous fitness studio experience.
• Availability to work one weekend day and some weekday evening hours.
