About the position

The Trainer/Sales Associate (TSA) at HOTWORX is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving traffic to the studio, increasing membership, and retaining current members. This part-time role involves a combination of training, sales, and marketing duties, all aimed at enhancing the member experience and promoting the unique fitness offerings of HOTWORX.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and hospitality to members.
• Drive traffic into the location and increase the membership base.
• Ensure members understand how to use the Burn Off App and provide personalized attention during visits.
• Promote participation in the Burn Off Challenge and the use of the HOTWORX® App.
• Sell memberships and retail products, achieving sales goals.
• Complete daily open/closing procedures and maintenance checklists.
• Participate in team or corporate training, including webinars.
• Meet monthly prospecting requirements, including lead generation and guest pass distribution.
• Assist in social media engagement, promotions, and ad campaigns.

Requirements

• Complete HOTWORX Certification annually.
• Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Complete assigned HOTWORX® University Online courses and any newly introduced courses.
• Strive for 5-star online ratings by providing exceptional customer service.
