About The Position
Hotworx Shawnee is a small business located in Shawnee, KS, dedicated to sharing the exciting benefits of a new workout revolution. Our unique program, HOTWORX, combines infrared heat absorption with isometric workouts and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions, providing a workout experience unlike any other. As a Trainer/Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and ensuring that our members have a positive experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to our uniform policy, and striving for five-star ratings across various platforms by delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve assisting members with workout instructions, promoting our app, and achieving sales goals for memberships and retail products. You will be expected to engage in marketing and prospecting activities to attract new members and maintain a vibrant studio atmosphere. The work environment is lively and supportive, with flexible working hours and opportunities for growth within the company.
