• Develops in-house programs to identify developmental needs and prepare personnel for more responsible positions.
• Confers with management, employees, and clients to understand training needs and changes in policies or technologies.
• Formulates teaching outlines and determines instructional methods such as lectures and workshops.
• Selects or develops teaching aids like training handbooks and multimedia visual aids.
• Facilitates the execution of all non-technical training programs.
• Monitors training costs and prepares budget reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of training experience or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to maintain DEA Suitability.
