About The Position
DATTCO is seeking a full-time Trainer for its Coach & Tour Group, responsible for providing classroom and skills training to new driver applicants, as well as conducting retraining and remedial coaching sessions. The role involves monitoring compliance with company policies and regulations, ensuring drivers understand their responsibilities, and performing field audits on driver performance. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of DATTCO, New England's largest private passenger transportation company.
