About the position

The Training and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing training and process adherence programs within Customer Account Management. This role focuses on supporting improvement projects, creating standard work documents, and ensuring compliance with global legal requirements while fostering a performance culture aligned with the company's values.

Responsibilities

  • Support system and process training requirements identified by senior management.
  • Develop solution specification documents and keep them updated with changes and improvements.
  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training, evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
  • Develop and maintain robust training matrices/plans, analysis, and reports to demonstrate current capability.
  • Manage and maintain invoices and budgets for training delivery to ensure costs are controlled.
  • Drive compliance to standard work following projects and hold employees accountable.
  • Develop processes to improve cost, quality, output, or efficiency at the department/company level.
  • Participate in improvement activities to enhance business performance.
  • Project manage training for business improvements through to delivery and implementation.
  • Comply with all relevant internal rules, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Institute qualified in functional area of expertise.
  • Extensive experience of developing processes within functional area of process/policy/systems.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and formulating training plans.
  • Experience developing training matrices and solution specifications.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering learning interventions.
  • Experience delivering training both formally and through on-the-job coaching.
  • Experience in gaining accreditation.
  • Operations experience is a plus.
  • Aerospace and/or supply chain experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and instruction skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications.
  • Strong aptitude for learning systems & processes.
  • Well written with ability to produce analysis and reports.
  • Six Sigma / Lean understanding is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong personal credibility and professional confidence.
