About the position

The Training and Development Operations Coordinator at Lysi Bishop Real Estate is a full-time role focused on supporting the VP of Training & Development. This position combines executive support, training resource development, and operational partnership, requiring a highly organized and self-motivated individual. The coordinator will be responsible for creating accountability systems for agents, developing high-quality training documents and presentations, and implementing action items from meetings with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and prepare agent performance metrics for accountability meetings.
  • Design, create, and organize visually engaging training materials and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Attend meetings with the VP, take comprehensive notes, and implement follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Manage tasks and projects with minimal guidance, seeking opportunities to improve training processes.
  • Oversee the VP's calendar and coordinate Teams meetings, handling virtual session logistics.
  • Maintain an organized system in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite for training materials.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members with personalized touches and organized orientation materials.
  • Provide high-touch support, anticipating team needs and ensuring everyone feels valued.

Requirements

  • 1 year of administrative experience or other real estate experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Google Drive.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce brand-aligned materials.
