About the position

The Training and Operations Specialist at MLP Management, LLC is responsible for providing training, auditing, marketing, and operational support to corporate and property teams. This role involves conducting training sessions, providing on-site coverage, developing marketing plans, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-level training for property staff both on-site and remote
• Provide on-site coverage for leave, vacation, and open positions as needed
• Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
• Assist in completing and auditing various reports
• Track applicable 3rd party training compliance
• Assist in preparation and coordination of operations meetings
• Complete on-site corporate file audits

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of on-site experience
• 3 years of Yardi experience
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and ownership
• Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
