The Training and Support Specialist - Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for providing training, curriculum development, project organization, and implementation, as well as quality assurance functions across the Revenue Cycle enterprise at all locations. This position ensures consistent development and coordination of all training strategies, training policies and procedures, course content, course scheduling/coordination, and course education and certification. The role also involves all aspects of revenue cycle compliance auditing and improvement implementation, which includes documenting processes, technical analysis, and training program design, testing, and final implementation. Additionally, the Training and Support Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and directing quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives for Revenue Cycle based on quality standards, tools, and methods to ensure the department is meeting established quality standards and government regulations.
