About the position

The Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the project, providing support to community-based organizations (CBOs), and ensuring effective training and technical assistance. This role involves documentation, monitoring, conflict resolution, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the project's impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator during assigned shift.
  • Assist with daily operations and logistics of the project.
  • Offer technical and training support to all identified CBOs.
  • Document all encounters, track deliverables, and maintain files for each mini-grant recipient.
  • Complete daily operational activities including relaying project information and scheduling meetings.
  • Host meetings in-person and virtually, and manage email correspondence.
  • Design tool templates and trainings, and prepare reports.
  • Communicate operational needs to supervisor to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain all required documentation and record keeping in a timely manner.
  • Attend staff trainings, department meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Facilitate group level interventions and collect community assessment data.
  • Assist in obtaining housing readiness documentation and verify eligibility of identified CBOs.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and interviews to report to the Program Manager.
  • Assist in the implementation of the TTA Scope of Work, Work Plan, and Timeline.
  • Address trauma and violence to support community wellness.
  • Complete other programmatic services as assigned by Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience providing programmatic services and working with CBOs.
  • Training and technical support experience.
  • Must be at least twenty-one years of age.
  • Ability to recognize CVI services related to justice-affected populations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid California Driver's License and proof of personal auto insurance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
