About the position

The Agent Training Associate / Instructional Designer will support the Training and Development department of a leading financial services company. This role involves providing administrative support for agent training, developing training materials, and assisting in the design and evaluation of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all agent training and communications.
  • Manage training materials and supplies, including diplomas and tracking school eligibility.
  • Assist in the content development and design of training programs.
  • Produce and co-host online training sessions and events.
  • Create and evaluate session feedback, and implement improvements based on evaluations.
  • Assist in Learning Management System (LMS) reporting and confirming records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 4 years of office experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
