About the position

The Agent Training Associate / Instructional Designer role at a leading financial services company involves providing administrative support for agent training and development. This position is crucial in ensuring effective training materials, communications, and event management for the field force. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all agent training and communications.
  • Manage training materials and supplies, including diplomas and tracking school eligibility.
  • Assist in the content development and design of training programs.
  • Produce and co-host online training events and schools.
  • Create and evaluate session feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Assist in LMS reporting and confirm Ingenium records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 4 years of office experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
