About the position

The Training Coordinator at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is responsible for coordinating the planning, delivery, tracking, and measurement of global commercial sales and product training. This role involves collaboration with global trainers, project management, and the development of training materials and tools to support various training initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring high-quality training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support global trainers with training delivery for Therapeutic Systems, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Sales Excellence applications.
  • Contribute to scalable, trackable, and accessible training strategies.
  • Support the process of updating various training documents including presentations, eLearning, and videos.
  • Maintain a traceable, basic-level competency in assigned applications for training.
  • Develop training tools and assessments for new clinical, implementation, and sales specialists.
  • Assist with the migration of current training content to a new web platform and ensure consistency across business areas.
  • Support the development of new product launch training as required.
  • Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis for commercial associates and format data for analysis.
  • Implement and maintain interactive learning tools for global sales and business teams.
  • Document and provide solutions to recurring training-related problems.
  • Assist with clinical trials and human factors studies as required.
  • Manage training-related projects, scheduling meetings, and ensuring action items are completed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or clinical training environment.
  • Ability to assess global customer needs and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in running and analyzing reports from SFDC, Power BI, and internal reporting platforms.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and regulated document environments.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex system issues collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of relevant PC software applications and modern training platforms.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
