About the position

The Training & Development Manager at Gonzaga University is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training and development programs. Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for staff and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and development management.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs.
