The Training Enablement Program Leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing the training operations within the healthcare and Life Sciences sector. The Training Enablement Program Leader will also foster a culture of inclusiveness and personal development across the organization. In this role, the individual will be responsible for providing leadership in creating tailored training plans for onboarding new team members and ongoing employee development. They will generate monthly reports for field service representatives, identifying training needs and opportunities based on installed base data and service delivery analytics. The position also involves driving improvements in customer experience through efficient operations and effective communication processes. The leader will handle daily technical training escalations, collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues, and act as a subject matter expert in their areas of responsibility. Additionally, the Training Enablement Program Leader will work with regional and global education teams to integrate best practices into training operations. They will promote Lean methodologies and ensure continuous improvement in training demand models, which are crucial for tracking backlogs and planning headcounts.
