As a Training & Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in this mission by providing comprehensive education and training on our products to our customers, particularly focusing on the Department of Defense and Veterans Association. This position is remote, based in Washington, DC, and is part of our Customer Support team. In this role, you will apply best practices to design, develop, and deploy educational content tailored to business needs, optimizing learning outcomes. You will meet with customers on-site to deliver training on our software solutions, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our products effectively. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts will be essential as you conduct research to create impactful learning content. You will also devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the courses you develop. Additionally, you will create multi-media elements, including video, audio, and graphic components, to support the implementation of online and project-based learning. Your expertise in instructional design will be vital in ensuring that the educational materials you produce are engaging and effective, ultimately contributing to the overall goal of improving healthcare delivery.
