As a Training & Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive education and training on our products to our customers, particularly focusing on the Department of Defense and Veterans Association. This position is remote, based out of Washington, DC, and involves creating educational materials and conducting training sessions to enhance the understanding and effective use of our software solutions. In this role, you will apply best practices to design, develop, and deploy educational content tailored to business needs, optimizing the learning experience for our customers. You will meet with customers on-site to deliver training, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our products effectively. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts will be essential as you conduct research to create impactful learning content. Additionally, you will devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the courses you develop. Your creativity will be put to use as you create multi-media elements, including video, audio, and graphic components, to support both online and project-based learning initiatives.
