As a Training & Instructional Designer at RLDatix, you will play a crucial role in transforming care delivery by providing comprehensive education and training on our innovative Healthcare Operations Platform. This position is based in Washington, DC, and is part of our Customer Support team. Your primary responsibility will be to create educational materials and conduct training sessions for our customers, specifically focusing on the Department of Defense and Veterans Association. You will apply best practices in instructional design to develop and deploy educational content tailored to meet business needs and optimize learning outcomes. In this role, you will meet with customers on-site to deliver training on our software solutions, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize our products. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts will be essential as you conduct research to create effective learning content. You will also devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the courses you develop. Additionally, you will create multimedia elements, including video, audio, and graphic components, to support the implementation of online and project-based learning. We are looking for someone with proven success in creating comprehensive curriculum and a deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design models. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Camtasia, and SnagIt 2023. A sincere interest in learning new technologies and the ability to travel within the US and Canada up to 25% of the time is also required. Furthermore, this role requires government clearance, which the candidate must have or be able to obtain.
