About the position

The Training, Onboarding, and Development Specialist at MyBambu is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective training and development programs. This full-time, in-person role focuses on ensuring new employees are successfully onboarded and that existing staff continue to grow in their roles. The specialist will collaborate with management and human resources to identify training needs and foster a learning culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to equip new employees with necessary tools and resources.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience through feedback and analytics.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing skills gap analysis and create customized development plans for employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update training materials.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development through workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Work closely with HR and other teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training-related queries.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in training design and development for in-person and virtual formats.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and resolve gaps in employee development.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness for inclusive training programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with fintech tools such as Salesforce and Galileo.
  • Experience with project management tools like SharePoint or Monday.com.
