About the position

The Project Manager for Intralox Customer Training and Technical Communications will oversee customer-facing instructor-led and digital training projects. This role requires a blend of project management, organizational, commercial, and instructional skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality training solutions that meet customer needs. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and delivery of instructor-led and digital training projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, SMEs, and trainers.
  • Establish, collaborate, and maintain strong relationships with account teams, customers, and 3rd parties.
  • Define and negotiate the scope of work with a focus on customer needs and contractual obligations.
  • Identify and allocate resources in collaboration with managers and workforce analysts.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and manage project risks and issues.
  • Manage ambiguity and drive objective decision-making across diverse teams.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes and deliverables.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university and/or 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record in managing technical training development projects involving multiple cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Confident self-managed individual who thrives in fast changing environment, comfortable with ambiguity, easily builds win/win relationships with peers, and open to giving and receiving critical feedback
  • Results-oriented and strong collaborator that is trustworthy while creating alignment without formal authority
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to conceptually grasp and communicate technical information to customers and to internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Smartsheet
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP or formal Project Management training
  • Experience in managing training or documentation projects
  • Experience in the material handling or warehouse industry
  • Technical knowledge of electro-mechanical devices
