About the position

The Training Solutions Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing marketing plans and sales campaigns to drive growth in the Training Solutions portfolio. This role involves strategic thinking to build a client base, analyze market trends, and communicate product value propositions effectively. The manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective messaging and support the development of training materials.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve Training Solutions targets and expand market presence.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of new product value and communicate this to potential clients.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives and enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Mentor and train the Training Solutions staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales with a strong track record of converting new accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
