About the position

The Onboarding and New Hire Experience Specialist at Open Sky Community Services is responsible for enhancing the skills of agency employees through a high-quality training curriculum that supports the orientation and onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves coordinating training for all agency staff, managing training logistics, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure new hires receive necessary certification trainings. The position aims to create engaging and effective training experiences that contribute to the professional development of employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with HR functions and hiring managers regarding new hire registration and attendance.
• Participate in the development, design, and revision of training materials.
• Facilitate training both in person and virtually.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting on metrics related to the implementation of onboarding practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in organizing and delivering information in a clear, comprehensive manner and previous training experience required.
• Previous experience with hiring and/or onboarding staff required.
• Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record required.
