About the position

The Training Specialist at Vinfen is responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for new employees, including New Employee Training (NET) and New Employee Orientation (NEO). This role involves creating e-learning content that addresses a diverse range of topics, from clinical skills to technical systems, and overseeing the entire course development process. The position requires collaboration with various departmental partners to ensure effective training delivery and continuous improvement of training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement New Employee Training (NET) and New Employee Orientation (NEO) programs.
• Create technical and knowledge-based e-learning content for a diverse workforce.
• Articulate goals, assessments, activity paths, learning objects, and content for each course.
• Oversee end-to-end development of courses during each design cycle.
• Collaborate with the Training team and Divisional/Departmental partners on ongoing project requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, education, or IT.
• Minimum five years' experience in training and education, with proficiency in digital education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Articulate Storyline e-learning software.
• Excellent project management and customer service skills.
• Experience in creating successful learning experiences across various disciplines.
• Proficient in database management and e-learning development.

Nice-to-haves
