About The Position
The Training Systems Analyst position at Saab, Inc. involves providing integral support to the USMC Force-on-Force Training Systems-Next (FoFTS-Next) program. The role focuses on detailed analysis during USMC training events, utilizing the Marine Corps Training Instrumentation System (MCTIS) to create After-Action Review (AAR) products and support training units in understanding the system's capabilities. The analyst will operate ExCon workstations, contribute to AAR products, and assist in the overall training methodology for Marines.
