About the position

The Training Systems Analyst position is a critical role that requires a highly skilled individual to provide subject matter expertise and support for cyber crew training programs. This position is essential for optimizing training curricula and events to meet the rigorous standards set by USCYBERCOM, JFHQ DODIN, and Service Cyber Protection Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, assisting in the development of analytical products, and ensuring that standardization is maintained across all cyber operations. In this role, the Training Systems Analyst will provide expert support to cyber crew training programs, ensuring that all training materials and events are aligned with the required performance standards. The analyst will also be tasked with evaluating and modifying training curricula to enhance performance and effectiveness. This includes conducting assessments, analyses, and providing insights that will help decision-makers understand the implications of training outcomes. Additionally, the analyst will facilitate and document standardized mission essential tasks across the wing, providing training and evaluation support to subordinate units. Participation in conferences, meetings, and symposiums will be necessary to share insights and updates, ensuring that training remains consistent and effective across all operational levels. The role may also involve performing other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expert (SME) support to cyber crew training programs.
  • Evaluate and modify training curricula and events for optimal performance and alignment with standards.
  • Assist in the discovery, assessment, analysis, explanation, and anticipation of future actions to deliver high-quality analytical products to decision-makers.
  • Provide training and standardization/evaluation support to subordinate units.
  • Facilitate, guide, track, and document standardized mission essential tasks across the wing.
  • Assist mission teams and operators with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization.
  • Participate in conferences, meetings, and symposiums to share insights and updates.
  • Support efforts to ensure consistent and effective training across all levels of operations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience with Air Force cyberspace operations training and affected organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cyber operations training requirements and standards.
  • Ability to evaluate and optimize training programs and curricula.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
