The Training Technician Office Automation position at the Department of Defense involves providing administrative support through statistical analysis, report preparation, and guidance on procedures and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Utilize statistical analysis to compile reports and fact sheets for briefings.
  • Prepare charts and graphs to improve program operations.
  • Receive verbal or written requests for administrative support issues.
  • Assist with preparation for organizational, strategic plans and processes.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on applicable procedures and regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute is required.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service, including experience compiling data, preparing reports, and creating correspondence using office automation tools.
