The Payments Product Manager for USD Domestic Payments is a critical role within our Transaction Banking division, located in Dallas, Texas. This position is designed to lead the development and management of payment products and services, specifically focusing on USD domestic payment methods and rails. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these products, ensuring they meet the needs of our corporate and institutional clients. This role combines the rich heritage of a 150-year-old firm with the innovative spirit of a tech start-up, aiming to deliver a best-in-class digital product that simplifies payments for our clients. In this role, the Payments Product Manager will oversee the development of new products and the continual enhancement of existing offerings. This includes managing product risks and contributing to the overall product strategy and commercialization efforts. A deep understanding of various payment options available in the U.S. market, such as wires, ACH, and checks, as well as emerging trends in real-time payments, is essential. The ability to identify client challenges and industry opportunities will be crucial in shaping the payments strategic product roadmap. The incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, to drive the payments product strategy forward. This involves utilizing the latest technology to deliver value to clients while maintaining a robust risk management framework. The role also requires acting as a subject matter expert for USD domestic payment mechanisms, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their commercial applications in both B2B and B2C contexts. Additionally, the Payments Product Manager will be responsible for the commercialization of transaction banking services, packaging products into solutions that provide significant value to clients, and developing product materials and marketing strategies. Moderate travel may be required for this position.
