About the position

The Transaction Coordinator + Client Care Specialist role at Living NC Real Estate involves managing the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and organization, with a focus on maintaining smooth transactions and exceeding client expectations. The role can be performed remotely or in-office, with a preference for candidates experienced in real estate transactions and holding a North Carolina real estate license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all real estate transactions from the executed contract through closing.
  • Provide proactive communication to clients, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with every step of the process.
  • Keep realtors updated on transaction progress, addressing any issues and delivering timely updates.
  • Handle scheduling and coordination of inspections, appraisals, closings, and other transaction-related activities.
  • Review documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness, ensuring all required paperwork is properly filed.
  • Act as a liaison between realtors, clients, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to maintain smooth, timely transactions.
  • Maintain transaction management systems and meticulously track all deadlines and follow-up items.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the transaction, addressing them proactively to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a transaction coordination role or similar position within the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency with transaction management software and real estate CRM systems.
  • North Carolina real estate license preferred but not required.
