Responsibilities

• Manage transaction files for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate listings and marketing activities
• Oversee closing process
• Serve as primary contact for title companies, lenders, and agents representing the other party in the transaction
• Keep agents informed of contract progress and resolve issues
• Perform DocuSign training for agents
• Track and communicate deadline updates
• Coordinate inspections and appraisals
• Schedule closings
• Obtain required documents from all parties

Requirements

• Must have prior Transaction Coordination Experience
• Must have a Utah real estate license
• Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards for clients and real estate agents
• Excellent multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills
• Capable of managing numerous transaction files and agents simultaneously
• Superior communication skills
• In-depth understanding of CRMs
• Very organized and attentive to detail
• A high level of social skills is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in transaction coordination for at least 1 year
• Familiarity with the latest real estate technology
