About the position

The Transaction Services Manager for Healthcare at Crowe LLP is responsible for leading buy-side and sell-side advisory projects within the healthcare sector. This role involves managing financial due diligence, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and delivering high-quality services through data analysis. The manager will also mentor team members and support business development efforts, contributing to the firm's commitment to innovation and client value.

Responsibilities

• Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across the healthcare industry.
• Conduct engagements in compliance with applicable professional, regulatory, and firm requirements.
• Deliver high-quality services by applying the results of data analysis.
• Provide value-added strategies or services to assist clients in achieving business objectives.
• Prepare various analyses, review financial records, and conduct interviews with clients and target management to analyze the quality of earnings (EBITDA), quality of revenue, net working capital, and other financial results.
• Assist in identifying issues and providing strategies to aid clients with strategic decisions, purchase price adjustments, deal restructuring, or deal termination.
• Manage, mentor, and develop interns, staff, and senior staff-level team members.
• Support business development and marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with several years in both auditing and transaction services.
• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field required.
• At least 3 years of healthcare services experience in transaction services and/or auditing.
• Understanding of valuation methodology and project management experience.
