About the position

As a Transactions Specialist II within the Virtual Processing Center Onboarding Team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for executing customer setup functions for various products. This role requires ownership of tasks, initiative, and accuracy in assignments while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer setups for electronic deposits into Chase.
• Complete and review setup and maintenance for customer profiles.
• Interact directly with internal clients through Service Portal, SharePoint, and emails.
• Maintain audit records of changes.
• Maintain internal procedure documents.
• Support system testing for development changes in the system.
• Complete requests and verification to meet customer defined timeframes.
• Own and resolve service issues to the point of resolution.
• Support Continuous Improvement Culture through personal and team engagement.
• Support a rapidly changing environment.

• Customer service skills - Client relationship, negotiation, oral and written communication.
• Problem solving and analytics.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, make appropriate decisions and escalate when appropriate.
• Demonstrate ability to own, research and resolve complex service issues.
• Able to follow a process, find gaps and recommend improvements.

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
