Responsibilities

  • Examine financial and economic data to create client reports for tax compliance purposes.
  • Aid in creating financial models and devise effective strategies for addressing transfer pricing issues.
  • Prepare OECD Master Files and Local Files as well as US transfer pricing documentation.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses for intercompany transactions involving tangible goods, services, loans, and intangible property.
  • Help clients' internal tax teams develop, implement, maintain, test, and modify transfer pricing policies.
  • Provide guidance and support for tax planning and strategy formulation related to mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing, and global growth.
  • Analyze value chains in different industries in relation to transfer pricing analyses.
  • Help prepare valuations for companies and intangible assets.
  • Contribute to the advancement of innovative technologies and applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of related transfer pricing experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
  • Experience in preparing OECD Master Files and Local Files and US transfer pricing documentation.
  • Experience in developing and executing benchmarking analyses for tangible goods, services, and licensing transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information.
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 5-10% domestically and internationally, or as business requires.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minor or curriculum concentration in Data Analytics, Information Technology or Information Science is a plus.
