About the position

The Transfers/Holds Associate position at MAC.BID involves managing the transfer of products in and out of the warehouse using scanners and proprietary software. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating the pickup of merchandise. The position requires a focus on organization, attention to detail, and the ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transfer product in and out using scanner and proprietary software
• Pull product off the shelves
• Put product on the appropriate place on the shelves
• Move pallet jacks and other items to maintain safe and efficient warehouse flow
• Keep area clean
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be available to work onsite Monday - Friday for 8 hours with a half-hour lunch break
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must be tech savvy
• Must be highly organized
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be customer focused
