About the position
As a Mitigation Lead Technician at Pacific Rim CR LLC, you will play a crucial role in the Mitigation Department, focusing on emergency services for water, fire, and mold damage. This position involves leading a proactive field team to manage property losses and execute vital mitigation strategies, ensuring efficient dry-out processes and preparing for restoration. You will also mentor a Mitigation Technician, working closely under the guidance of the Mitigation Field Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Lead the field team in managing property losses from water, sewage, mold, or fire incidents.
- Execute vital mitigation strategies and implement efficient dry-out processes.
- Prepare properties for the restoration phase after mitigation efforts.
- Mentor and guide a Mitigation Technician in daily project assessments and execution.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites for project management.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mitigation or emergency services.
