About the position
The Transformation Change Leader will spearhead the Operating Model and Organizational Design change initiatives for key clients at State Street. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal functionality, operational risk management, and scalability, positioning clients for future growth through exemplary service delivery. The leader will collaborate closely with various corporate partners to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the transformation and change initiatives for the Operating Model.
- Develop a roadmap for the desired target operating model focusing on stability, risk mitigation, and resiliency.
- Integrate client services onto standard Bank applications ensuring effective design and execution.
- Manage large-scale programs and establish professional relationships with product and operations managers.
- Direct budget activities and financial performance targets, focusing on return on investment.
- Deliver complex transformation initiatives to comply with regulatory requirements and reduce risk.
- Foster a culture of learning through education and knowledge sharing around reliability practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 12+ years of financial services experience with a large financial services firm or advisory/consulting firm.
- Extensive experience in transformation and change leadership.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted transformation initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across regions.
Nice-to-haves
- Applicable Six SIGMA, LEAN or equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on real-world global support experience.
