About The Position

The Senior Manager, Transformation & Planning at CVS Health plays a crucial role in transforming the Retail organization by managing expenses, capital, and financial outcomes. Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in Finance, Planning or building financial models
  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful leadership experience in a highly competitive environment
  • 8+ years' track record influencing others with & without authority
  • 8+ years' experience understanding and breaking down complex situations
  • 8+ years' experience demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 8+ years' experience in a merchandising environment or similar business models
  • Expertise leveraging MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years' experience in Finance, Planning or building financial models
