About the position

The Transformation Program Manager at Xerox is responsible for leading the strategic roadmap for Global Business Services (GBS) as part of the company's transformation initiatives. This role aims to drive enterprise transformation and deliver significant incremental operating profit by aligning GBS operations with Xerox's Reinvention milestones, optimizing processes across key business lines, and developing essential technical capabilities. The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Executive Committee and functional leaders, to ensure the successful execution of the company's reinvention strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive 'Plan of Plans' that integrates milestones, quick wins, and reinvention workstreams.
  • Manage dependencies and ensure alignment with the overall vision and go-live dates.
  • Create a GBS 'Plan of Plans' to enhance operational effectiveness and client experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to the 'Clean Core' methodology on SAP S/4 HANA by participating in the change review board.
  • Document scope and ensure capabilities meet the firm's Reinvention strategy.
  • Work with regional leadership to align resources for achieving cost savings targets.
  • Champion project Fast Track across Global Process Owners and Business Process Leads.

Requirements

  • Experience leading large-scale business transformation programs with a new ERP foundation.
  • Understanding of the delivery lifecycle and the business changes required alongside technical delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, set goals, motivate, and provide feedback.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Confidence to provide leadership and influence at the executive level under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
