About the position

The Transplant Network Manager (TNM) role at Sanofi is a commercial sales position focused on account management for Thymoglobulin within Kidney Transplant Centers of Excellence. The TNM is responsible for developing relationships with key opinion leaders and therapeutic experts, presenting clinical data, and addressing barriers to product integration in therapeutic pathways. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and aims to achieve sales quotas while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts for Thymoglobulin at Kidney Transplant Centers of Excellence.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts, including strategic goals and challenges.
  • Implement account plans and prioritize integration of therapeutic pathways.
  • Foster understanding of product access processes and key stakeholders.
  • Expand strategic partnerships with transplant surgeons and decision-makers.
  • Support clinical advocacy and ensure product coverage on provider pathways.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs.
  • Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed.
  • Plan and evaluate marketing programs including lectures and patient meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in the hematology/oncology therapeutic area.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business opportunities and challenges with key customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in life science or business; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years leading teams.
  • Minimum of 8 years in consulting or pharma healthcare.
  • Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
