About the position
Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Transportation Driver/CNA to join their team. This role is ideal for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are either newly licensed or experienced and looking for a supportive environment to grow their careers. The position involves caring for residents, assisting nursing staff, and transporting residents to medical appointments, all while ensuring dignity and respect in care.
Responsibilities
- Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
- Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned.
- Transport residents to medical appointments.
- Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to work as a CNA in the state of IL.
- Holds a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- A professional team-player with a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history.
- Familiar with Outlook & Microsoft.
- Strong attention to detail.
