The specialist will work closely with security personnel to manage any issues related to trespassing or loitering, ensuring the safety and security of the facility. The position requires a strong ability to utilize data for analysis and decision-making, as well as the capability to operate various office equipment. The specialist must be able to interpret and apply policies and procedures effectively, demonstrating sound judgment in various situations. The role may involve exposure to adverse environmental conditions and requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 25 pounds and performing inspections that may require bending and climbing stairs. Candidates must be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays, and should be prepared for a rotating shift schedule every six weeks.
