About the position
The Summer Transportation Chaperone & Airport Greeter at IMG Academy is responsible for assisting with transportation to and from the airport while chaperoning and greeting arriving students and guests. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to company policies, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all students and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with transportation to and from the airport.
- Chaperone and greet arriving students and guests at the airport.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with students, guests, and visitors.
- Follow company policies regarding discipline, school bus and vehicle safety, and emergency situations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle as needed.
- Report to work daily in company uniform.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, guests, and staff.
- Ability to prepare concise records and reports.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
