About The Position
The Transportation Dispatcher at T.G. Lee Dairy is responsible for managing the scheduling of outbound shipments and coordinating with purchasing for back hauls to ensure cost-effective transport. This role involves maintaining accurate data regarding carriers and deliveries, maximizing load weights, and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery. The dispatcher will also work closely with inventory control to optimize warehouse space and identify process improvements.
